Terms of Service

Service description

Heard360 provides AI-assisted review monitoring and response management for restaurants. We connect to your Google Business Profile to read reviews, generate draft responses using AI, and post approved responses on your behalf.

Google Business Profile access

To use Heard360, you grant our service account manager-level access to your Google Business Profile listing. This allows us to:

  • Read reviews posted to your listing
  • Post owner responses that you have explicitly approved

You may revoke this access at any time by removing our service account from your Google Business Profile user management settings. Revoking access will stop review monitoring and response posting for that location.

Your responsibilities

  • You must be authorized to manage the Google Business Profile listings you connect to Heard360
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all responses before they are posted publicly
  • You must provide accurate contact information for SMS notifications
  • You must comply with Google's policies for review responses

Human approval requirement

Heard360 will never post a response to your Google listing without explicit approval from an authorized member of your team. AI-generated drafts are suggestions only. You retain full control over what is published.

AI-generated content

Response drafts are generated by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing all content before approving it for publication. Heard360 is not liable for the content of responses you approve and post.

Billing

Service is billed at $19/month per connected location. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, service continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will stop monitoring reviews and posting responses for your locations. You may request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.
