How it works

  2. 2We monitor your listing for new reviews and use AI to draft a personalized response that matches your voice and tone
  3. 3Your team receives the draft via text message — reply to approve it, request edits, or pass to another team member
  4. 4Only after you explicitly approve does Heard360 post the response to your Google listing. Nothing is ever posted without your consent.

What data we access

  • -Google Business Profile reviews — reviewer name, star rating, review text, and review date for your connected locations
  • -Review replies — we post owner responses to Google only when you explicitly approve them
